Canny move: Planning permission has been granted for this £40m mixed-use, mixed-tenure scheme on Silvertown Way in the Canning Town regeneration area, east London.

It will include 171 shared-ownership and private flats and 30 affordable flats for rent.

Work is due to begin on the scheme, designed by Stock Woolstencroft, by the end of this summer.
