The SecuriTest Pro from Ideal Industries is the latest product in the company’s range of CCTV testers.

The device operates on a lithium polymer battery and offers video-level and sync testing. It measures the strength of the video signal from the camera in milliwatts.

In addition, the unit provides audio-level testing. Cameras with microphones can be connected to the tester and their audio played through the internal speaker, which is then displayed on the LCD in bar-graph form.

Like its predecessor, SecuriTest, the Pro model gives access to six other functions, including a CCTV video tester, pan tilt zoom (PTZ) camera controller, video test pattern controller and UTP cable tester.
