Thanks to Dan Meis of architect Woods Bagot for his sketch of the week
This week’s #buildingdoodle sketch is by Dan Meis, sport design leader at architect Woods Bagot, and was done as part of the design work for Roma’s football stadium (reported on page 14).
The project, said to cost nearly £250m, is inspired by the Colloseum. Meis said: “For an architect who has spent much of his career designing stadiums, and most of his vacations in Italy, the Stadio della Roma truly is a project of a lifetime.”
