Marley Alutec’s product is an alternative to PVC

Marley Alutec has added a soffit, fascia and coping system to its range of aluminium drainage and roofing products. The product is an alternative to PVC and aluminium sheet systems and is a composite product consisting of a recycled polyethylene core with an aluminium outer layer finished with a PVDF paint. The company said the product is very strong despite being only 4mm thick, which simplifies the installation process as it doesn’t require a backing board. Marley Alutec also said the product had a life of more than 50 years and the paint incorporated a self-cleaning additive that resisted build up of dirt. It is available in eight standard colours but other colours can be ordered.
