Judges will be looking for companies that display:

  • Consideration of employees’ personal welfare

  • Dedication to employee development

  • Promotion of motivation, training and pastoral care.

The top 50 companies will be acknowledged in a dedicated supplement to be published in October - a valuable tool to incentivise employees and influence potential clients.
