Britart sensation: Michelle Molyneux, pictured, is one of the artists who will be able to rent an affordable studio in south-east London thanks to a partnership between developer Barratt and housing association Acme Studios. The 47 studios will be built alongside 79 luxury flats at the Galleria site at Sumner Road, Peckham, and managed by Acme.
