Bouygues Construction has acquired Portsmouth contractor Warings as part of its expansion plans in the UK.

Warings employs more than 240 people and annual turnover is more than £100m. Warings is Bouygues Construction’s fourth UK acquisition, following David Webster Ltd (street lighting), Icel (power systems and generators) and Thermal Transfer (HVAC engineering and cleanrooms).
