Nottingham Community Housing Association treated two of its longest-standing tenants, Ronald and Joan Bashton, to a visit from Joe Speare (centre), who is currently appearing in Boogie Nights at Nottingham's Theatre Royal.

Speare serenaded the couple with Barry White's classic My First, My Last, My Everything as part of celebrations for the housing association's 30th birthday.
