Axima Building Services has been hit by big losses last year, forcing a scaling back of operations in the UK.
During 2006 Axima wound down its activities in the north of England, concentrating its interests in southern England.
Brian Woodcraft is taking over as managing director, who will oversee the group’s refocus in the south.
The business will be kept afloat with an injection of funding from parent company Suez Energy Services.
