Haymarket House, a 55,000 sq ft office building in Belfast, was completed this month after starting on site in February 2005.

The £5.8m scheme comprises high specification offices with ground floor retail units. Durnien.com was the employer's agent, Teesland IOQ was the project manager and BDP was the architect.

The building has been designed to meet BREEAM requirements and to become a landmark building in Belfast's Market Quarter. The client was Scarborough Development Group.
