DBK Back has been appointed as cost consultant on the redevelopment of Brindley House in Birmingham city centre.
The 1970s office building is being developed by urban regeneration specialist MCD. The plan to turn the 100,000 sq ft property into 182 apartments and penthouses on 17 floors recently received planning permission. The £13m construction contract will be awarded in June. The scheme's overall cost is believed to be £37m.
