AYH buys consultant

AYH has bought Edinburgh-based consultant Summerfield Robb Clark, a PM and QS company with around 30 staff and a £2m turnover. The deal, which went through in January, is part of AYH's plan to strengthen its position in Scotland. SRC also has offices in Glasgow and Leeds. The Leeds office has been absorbed into AYH but the fate of the SRC brand north of the border has yet to be decided.
