AYH buys Berkeley Consulting

AYH has bought Berkeley Consulting to expand its UK presence. The acquisition of the 100-strong firm, for an undiclosed sum, follows AYH itself being bought by global engineering consultancy Arcadis last year.

Berkely provides QS and commecial management services to the infrastructure markets. A substantial proportion of its employees work within project delivery teams integrated into client organisations. Berkeley Consulting has offices in London, Camberley, Birmingham and Glasgow.
