Grade | Condition |
Grade A | Good. Performing as intended and operating efficiently. |
Grade B | Satisfactory. Performing as intended but with minor deterioration. |
Grade C | Poor. Exhibiting major defects and/or not operating as intended. |
Grade D | Bad. Life expired and/or serious risk of imminent failure. |

Priority 1 | Necessary to meet statutory requirements; necessary to meet health and safety requirements; necessary to maintain critical services/avoid disruption. |

Priority 3 | Desirable work to prevent deterioration of service or address obsolescence/suitability issues. |
Priority 4 | Non-urgent work needed to maintain standards or improve running or operational costs. |
