Multidisciplinary practice Ridge has produced costs for the fit-out of private and public sector health and leisure facilities based on schemes it has worked on. The unit rate reflects current day figures of building and figures are based on a generic building and are exclusive of external works, loose equipment, professional fees and VAT.
