Methodology: The report was based on interviews and surveys with nine human resources directors, 1828 current staff, 100 new entrants and 50 leavers at nine housing associations: Bromford, Dane, East Thames, Family, Genesis, Jephson, Northern Counties, St Vincents and the William Sutton Trust.
