Gleeson's Nottingham office has just appointed a new Contracts Manager, Craig Houston, left, who previously worked as Senior Projects Manager for Jarvis Construction and managed design and construction teams on PFI educational projects across the north of England. Gregory Darrell, right, also joins as new Commercial Manager. Darrell has had a wealth of experience in all aspects of the job, from outline inception to final account, budget and cost control, procurement, value engineering, contract negotiations and estimating.

City & Country Group has welcomed Peter Heath, pictured, as the company’s new Project Manager. He brings a total of 25 years’ experience in the industry to the Stansted-based group, and his first task will be to manage the conversion into apartments of a 19th Century flourmill.

Lindsay Pitcher, pictured, is the new area construction manager at Twigden Homes.

Peter Crosland has joined Mott MacDonald to head up its building and infrastructure business in Leeds. He will be responsible for developing the business with particular emphasis on large multi-disciplinary building projects throughout northern England.

TPS Consult has hired Lisa Rapson, formerly a project manager with Entec UK, as a principle engineer.

Bellwinch has also recently appointed Andrew Hunt, pictured, as their land manager. Chris Sparks has taken over the job of land director for Bellwinch Homes, having joined from Redrow Homes (Southern).
