Office fit out specialist Overbury has appointed John Baker as managing director of major projects ranging in value from £3 million to £30 million. In his new role Baker, who is promoted from construction manager, will work alongside construction director Dick Clachan and technical director Gordon Wakeling to maintain and develop the major projects business.

McNicholas Construction Holdings has announced the appointment of Andrew Kerr as finance director.
