Paul Tutton has been made head of programme delivery in the development team. He used to be senior project manager (technical).

Elevate East Lancashire
Sheila Tolley is the new strategy and policy director at market renewal pathfinder Elevate East Lancashire. She was previously assistant director of inspection at the Audit Commission. Kathleen Reagan Houghton, formerly group marketing manager at Progress Housing Group, has been made head of communications and Tom Dobrashian has been appointed as commercial director. He is currently director of his own short-term management company.

Adrian Kearley
Architect PRP has taken on Adrian Kearley, formerly of GVA Grimley, in the new role of senior planner with a brief to grow strategic planning.
