Steve Wilson
Steve Wilson has become the new chief executive of Minister General Housing Association after the resignation of Tim Hawkes. He was formerly director of housing services and deputy chief executive.

Two new graduates have joined Socia, the specialist regeneration unit at Hall & Partners. Lisa Bines has become trainee resident project manager and research officer having completed a geography degree at Leeds University. Val Neeve has become resident liaison officer.
Kirsteen Thomson
Kirsteen Thomson has become head of renaissance at regeneration agency One North East. She previously ran her own regeneration consultant.
Graduate scheme
Knowsley Housing Trust is launching a 12-month graduate training scheme. The scheme will give nine people a career in the organisation with an increasing salary as they complete more training.
Bursaries
There are still 30 Housing Corporation bursaries available for managers accepted on the University of Birmingham's housing sector MBA.
