Museji Takolia
Museji Takolia has become chairman of the Metropolitan Housing Trust Group. He was previously senior adviser on diversity strategy and equal opportunities at the Cabinet Office.

West Pennine Housing Association
There have been several changes in the management team at West Pennine Housing Association since it joined Regenda Group. Bernard Gallagher has become group chief executive, the strategic planning department will be led by deputy chief executive Nick Westington and group director John Slater will run the finance section.

Civic Trust
Dame Jennifer Jenkins has been appointed interim chairman of the Civic Trust. She was previously chairwoman of the National Trust and the Royal Parks and Review Group.

Terry Hodkinson
Terry Hodkinson has been made chairman of Yorkshire Forward. Hodgkinson is managing director of Magna Holdings.

Old Oak Housing Association
Old Oak Housing Association has named Caroline Wagstaff director of the Old Oak and South-west team. She was assistant director of housing at Newlon Housing Trust.
