Andrea Johnson has become head of maintenance. She has moved from Ujima, where she was responsive repairs manager.

Liz Starling has joined Sarsen Housing Association of Wiltshire as welfare benefits adviser. She was an information and advice worker at Age Concern.
Nomad Housing Group
Nomad Housing Group of Tyne & Wear has appointed Roy Ashton, a former director of development at Newcastle council, as group chairman. David Wakenham has filled Ashton's previous position as group vice chairman.
Frank Haslam Milan
David Mellor has been promoted to managing director at Frank Haslam Milan, the social housing contractor. He was previously operations director. Lisa Lormor has taken over as customer relations director from her role as business development executive.

Sarah Claughton (left) has been made regional manager for Five Piers Housing Association in Blackpool. She was previously assistant regional manager for Manchester Methodist Housing Association's North region.
Carron Scott
Carron Scott (left) has become board vice-chair at Magna West Somerset Housing Association. She was previously chairman of the Magna West tenants' panel.
Debbie McMullen
Debbie McMullen has been made London Plan programme manager at the Greater London Authority. She was GLA principal planner and strategy adviser.
Guy Weston
Guy Weston has been appointed chief executive of Festival Housing in Worcestershire. He has been promoted from managing director.
Sarah Boden
Sarah Boden has been named deputy chief executive of Town and Country Housing Group. She has been promoted to her new job from the post of development director.
