Four winners have been picked by APC Coach’s Alpesh Patel.

Jonathan Goldthorpe from CB Richard Ellis, Paul Spence from Nigel Rose Group, Rosalind Ng from BAA and Simon Noel from Currie & Brown will each receive a free place on an APC coaching course, which usually costs £600.

Patel said: “A good knowledge of the requirements of contract practice in terms of the valuation and the process, procedure, certification and payment provisions of the contract conditions were evident in almost all the responses received for the competition.”

Goldthorpe, currently a QS in CBRE’s Building Consultancy division, was singled out as the overall winner. He is also studying at the College of Estate Management for an MBA in Construction and Real Estate and will sit the APC this November.
