A Rethinking Construction report forecasts savings of £1.4 billion in client costs – if just one third of the construction industry achieves the same results as Rethinking Construction demonstration projects.

The Demonstrating success through rethinking construction report shows that these projects have significantly outperformed the industry average: clients construction costs are 6% lower; accident rates are 61% lower; and profitability is 2% higher for construction firms.
