Absolute Windows Ltd has recently taken receipt of the Haffner SBA Cutting and Working centre. T
his model has continually been promoted by Haffner as a machine that offers fabricators both improved efficiencies and exceptional product quality, which for many time-pressed fabricators is an absolute must.
This innovative centre becomes your virtual Production Manager as it pushes volume from the front so the remaining machines need to keep pace with this output resulting in an efficient fabrication operation. For Manchester-based Absolute Windows their requirements were to improve manufacturing efficiencies along with meeting their sales growth target of 650 frames per week.
Financial Director of Absolute Windows, Jim Dance explains: ‘Having had experience of other companies we decided to try something new and approached Haffner GB. From the start, the German built machine felt right and we were very impressed by the quality of engineering that goes into the product.’
