This £95m, 42-storey tower by architect Allies and Morrison will be the centrepiece of a major redevelopment planned for Brighton.
Situated next to the train station, it would feature a cafe, four-star hotel, a public square and 160 homes, including at least 55 for key workers. The developer, Beecham Organisation, will submit a planning application before the end of the year and hopes to open the building by late 2007.
