Contractor John Wright Electrical Services of York is using custom-made Wiremold stainless steel floor boxes and galvanised steel trunking to ensure versatile and discreet servicing in Whitby Abbey's new £5 million visitor centre. The floorboxes should reduce installation time by 50%, helping to ensure opening on deadline by Easter 2002. The centre will be a freestanding building within the shell of Abbey House.
