John Sisk has just topped out Chancery Place in Manchester.

The 60-metre high building, which has been designed by HKR Architects and is being project managed by joint agents Jones Lang LaSalle and Savills, is being built for Chancery Place Developments. The £21m glass-fronted high-rise will accommodate 102,000ft2 of commercial space and two-and-a-half levels of basement parking to help combat the central district’s severe shortage of parking.

John Sisk & Son will soon start the next phase of the project, which involves completing the installation of the glazed facade and fitting-out the building. Work on the overall building is due to complete this autumn.
