A right old estate

So Wandsworth Borough Council is spending £4m on the Lennox Estate to provide luxurious living? (‘Final frontier’, CM, March). What I find unbelievable is that the new ground floor elevation is so unattractive, depressing to look at and has ‘council built’ written all over it.

With more thought, a better ground floor appearance could have been achieved and really enhanced the project.
