New key worker housing is at the forefront of a scheme to regenerate Deptford High Street, south-east London.
The homes, designed by Richard Rogers Partnership, are next to two restaurants and live-work units by architect Buckley Gray Yeoman and are opposite the train station.
The scheme is part of a Rogers masterplan to redevelop the station and its surroundings, including street improvements and a piazza. The developer is MacDonald Egan.
