The new factory incorporates new top quality machinery including computerised saws, CNC cleaning and beading machines and new four head welders. Alongside this there is an impressive office and admin area equipped with a fully networked IT system.

Express’ quality credentials have just been independently endorsed with the achievement of ISO 9001 and its commitment to providing exceptional customer service has enabled it to win trade customers as far south as London and as far north as Durham.
Express has recently begun fabricating the K2 conservatory roof system in a move designed to strengthen its position with key customers and already has an output of 10 roofs per week. This is plans to expand to 30 per week by the end of 2004.
The company will shortly begin fabricating the Rehau in-line and tilt and slide patio doors along with its S706 70mm profile with integral gaskets, following Rehau’s recent launch of this option. This it anticipates will speed up both production of frames and installation by end users.
