1 North Bank is a new office development in the Wicker district of Sheffield.

At 5667m2, the five-storey building is the first phase of the regeneration of an industrial site on the banks of the River Don, now named the Riverside Quarter. BDP was architect, masterplanner, engineer and sustainability consultant. The building’s floor plates are arranged in a shallow U and the river frontage is raised two storeys off the ground to create a public space.
